Western States Black Powder Shoot

"Note:  Because of the lack of Shooters attending, WSMLA no longer encourages Traders to attend, however, your attendance is appreciated."

1.       10 X 10 covered booth spaces available. No electricity.

2.       Josephine County charges a camping fee of $6.00 per night, non-hook ups, payable upon entering the park. Fee subject to change by JCSA.

General Information

1.     On a first come-first serve basis, some plywood & sawhorses are available.  The Trader must provide additional tables

2.       Camps set up behind the booth spaces are required to stay within the width of their booth(s) including tent and awning ropes.  Cross staking of ropes with neighboring booths needs to be agreed on with the neighboring trader.

 3.       Awnings for additional trade space may be set up behind the booth as long as the total depth of awning and camp do not interfere with the fire lanes.

 4.       Shade awnings are advised, as it usually is quite sunny during the shoot and rendezvous.

 5.       Porta-potties are located in the Alley area.  Modern bathrooms and showers are available near the range office.

 6.       2 water spigots are located in the Alley area for the convenience of the traders.

 7.       Because of extreme fire conditions, open fires are usually discouraged because of fire danger.  For several years we have been under total fire ban by the Josephine County Park.  Please bring an alternative cooking method, such as a Coleman stove.

 8.       Ice is available at the range office and groceries are available at the Merlin Exit or in Grants Pass.
